Experience: 3-5 years.
Location: Delhi NCR, (Our offices are located in Noida).
Job Type: Full-time.
Responsibilities:.
- Identify and develop strategic partnerships to drive business growth.
- Lead acquisition initiatives, from sourcing to deal closure.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, partners, and customers.
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to inform partnership and acquisition strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate partnerships and acquisitions.
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in corporate partnerships, business development, or a related field.
- Good business communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of loan and channel partnerships preferred.
- MBA preferred.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in [Finance and payment industry / BFSI].
