Findoc - IT Manager

Job Description (IT Manager - Retail Broking):

- Manage the BOD and EOD support team, ensuring efficient and timely support for all Odin servers (Retail).

- Handle all exchange approvals, ensuring compliance with regulations and requirements.

- Collect and manage data required for Retail compliance, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.

- Develop and maintain strong communication skills to interact with customers effectively.

- Optimize and manage the infrastructure for all Algo setups, ensuring smooth operation and performance.

- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement infrastructural improvements for enhanced efficiency.

- Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in Algo trading technologies.

- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Retail-related issues.

Requirements:

- Good Understanding of Different OS (Linux,Windows server).

- Knowledge of Networking (Stock Market Domain).

- Experience in Trading Software's (Odin,).

- Experience in COLOCATION Management.

- Knowledge of Exchange compliances.

- Experience in customer support.

- Comfortable in Flexible working Hours.
