Fincity is an Real estate alternate investment platform with AUM of over 1,500 Cr with investments across residential and commercial real estate.
This is a leadership role focusing on identifying and securing new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships with real estate developers, and fostering relationships with clients, brokers, and industry professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry professionals.
- Market Research: Conduct market analysis to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth.
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Lead the creation and implementation of sales strategies to achieve targets, expand the company's market share, and maximize revenue opportunities.
- Networking: Attend industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to stay updated on market trends, expand the company's visibility, and build valuable industry.
- Reporting & Presentations: Prepare regular business development reports, presentations, and proposals to senior leadership, providing insights into market performance, client feedback, and potential growth areas.
- Collaboration: Work closely with real estate developers, builders, internal teams such as marketing, property managers, and legal departments to ensure seamless execution of projects and deals.
