Financial Valuation & Modeling Role - BFS

Key Responsibility :

- Develop and maintain detailed financial models (DCF, merger models, etc.)

- Conduct business and asset valuations using standard methodologies

- Analyze financial statements, industry data, and market benchmarks

- Assist with M&A, investment decisions, and strategic planning

- Prepare reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders

- Develop and maintain complex financial models for business valuation, forecasting, budgeting, and scenario analysis

- Conduct DCF (Discounted Cash Flow), comparable company, precedent transaction, and LBO analyses

- Prepare valuation reports and pitch books for mergers and acquisitions, fundraising, and investment decisions

- Perform industry and company-specific research to support assumptions in valuation models

- Assist in due diligence processes and coordinate with cross-functional teams

- Evaluate strategic options and create investment memorandums, teaser documents, and management presentations

- Monitor and interpret financial results, market trends, and key performance indicators

- Support senior management in strategic planning, capital allocation, and business development initiatives.
