Job Description:

Hiring FP&A Assistant Manager and Manager level at an Investment Bank in Mumbai

Role & responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and long-range financial plans.

- Perform variance analysis and explain key trends and drivers.

- Build and maintain financial models to evaluate business scenarios, profitability, and ROI.

- Partner with business units to analyze financial performance and identify areas for improvement.

- Prepare and present monthly management reports, dashboards, and KPIs.

- Support strategic initiatives with data-driven financial insights.

- Work closely with accounting, operations, and business teams to ensure data accuracy and alignment.

Qualifications:

- MBA Finance or CA (Max 4 attempts)
