Job Summary:

- We seek a highly analytical and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our team.

- The ideal candidate will analyze financial data, prepare reports, and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.

- This role involves budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, and monitoring key financial metrics to drive business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Analyze financial data, trends, and business performance to provide insights and recommendations.

2. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support financial planning. Develop financial models to evaluate investment opportunities, cost-saving initiatives, and business expansion.

3. Prepare detailed financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management.

4. Monitor and assess key performance indicators (KPIs) to track financial health and efficiency.

5. Support month-end and quarter-end financial close processes.

6. Conduct risk assessments and financial scenario analysis.

7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Accounting, Operations, Sales) to optimize financial strategies.

8. Stay updated on market trends, industry developments, and regulatory requirements affecting the financial landscape.

Candidate Qualifications and Profile

- CA's with 5- 8 years of experience in Financial Analysis in service industries, preferably in the Real Estate domain

Skills: Financial Planning and Analytical, Financial Statements and Financial Reporting, Experience in finance and related fields

Competencies:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Proficiency in financial modelling and forecasting.

- Advanced Excel skills; experience with financial software (SAP, Oracle, Power BI, etc.) is a plus.

- Knowledge of financial statements, GAAP, and accounting principles.

- Strong communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Desired Professional certifications include CFA, CPA, or CMA.

- Experience with business intelligence tools and ERP systems.

- Knowledge of macroeconomic trends and financial markets.

- The position is expected to be closed in the next 4 weeks.
