Our client is looking for a highly analytical and driven Financial Analyst to provide strategic financial support to the Managing Director (MD) and leadership team.

This role demands deep expertise in financial modeling, fundraising, investor relations, and transaction execution, particularly within the VC, PE, and Investment Banking Sectors.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong mix of financial acumen, strategic thinking, and a proven track record in managing complex investment deals and data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic & Financial Support:

- Collaborate closely with the MD to support business reviews, key decision-making, and special initiatives.

- Enhance the operational efficiency of the MD's office through strong financial and analytical insights.

- Support both internal and external communication efforts, ensuring clarity, alignment, and timely reporting.

2. Financial Modeling & Analysis:

- Build, maintain, and audit robust financial models to evaluate business opportunities, deal structures, and performance.

- Conduct in-depth valuation, scenario analysis, and sensitivity analysis for investment and strategic decisions.

- Analyze large datasets to derive actionable insights and support performance tracking.

3. Fundraising Support:

- Assist in end-to-end fundraising activities, including the preparation of pitch decks, investor presentations, and financial materials.

- Work closely with investment banks, legal counsel, and advisory teams during capital raise processes.

- Support due diligence activities, data room management, and Q&A coordination with investors.

4. Investor Relations & Deal Execution:

- Maintain investor communications, prepare reports, and respond to data/information requests.

- Participate in negotiations and deal execution, including real estate transactions or strategic partnerships.

- Assist in evaluating and closing VC/PE investments, ensuring alignment with company objectives.

Qualifications & Experience:

- MBA in Finance (Full-Time) from a premier institute.

- 5+ years of relevant experience, preferably within Venture Capital, Private Equity, or Invest Banking.

- Proven experience in fundraising, financial modeling, due diligence, and transaction execution.

- Strong numerical and analytical skills with the ability to handle large, complex data sets.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex financial insights clearly.

- High proficiency in Excel; exposure to tools like PowerPoint, Power BI, or financial modeling software is preferred.
