Responsibilities:

HNI/UHNI Portfolio Management:

- Manage and optimize investment portfolios for HNI/UHNI clients, aligning with their financial goals and risk tolerance.

- Provide personalized investment advice and recommendations based on market analysis and client needs.

- Monitor portfolio performance and provide regular updates to clients.

- Business Development and Client Relationship Management:

- Generate new business opportunities from existing client relationships through proactive engagement and service excellence.

- Support investment professionals in cultivating and strengthening client relationships.

- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with HNI/UHNI clients.

Brokerage and Product Sales:

- Generate brokerage revenue through active trading and investment activities.

- Effectively sell a wide range of investment products, including equities, derivatives, mutual funds, and other financial instruments.

- 70% of the role will be dealing and executing trades, and 30% of the role will be third party product(TPP) sales.

Market Analysis and Investment Research:

- Stay updated on market trends, economic indicators, and investment opportunities.

- Conduct thorough research and analysis to support investment decisions.

Compliance and Regulatory Adherence:

- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or PGDM preferred.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the investment management or financial services industry, specifically working with HNI/UHNI clients.

- Strong understanding of the investment business, including various asset classes and investment strategies.

- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.

- Proven track record of generating brokerage and achieving sales targets.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- NISM Derivative Certification is mandatory.

- Ability to work in a fast paced sales enviroment
