Finance Operations Lead

- Financial Analysis: Analyze financial performance related to O2C activities including revenue recognition, invoicing, accounts receivable, and cash flow. Provide actionable insights and recommendations for process improvement.

- Revenue Cycle Management: Manage the complete O2C cyclefrom order entry to cash collectionidentifying and addressing bottlenecks to improve efficiency.

- Process Improvement: Drive initiatives to enhance the effectiveness and scalability of O2C processes.

- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with teams across sales, customer service, and operations to ensure smooth O2C execution and timely issue resolution.

- Compliance & Controls: Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and external regulations. Support audits and maintain strong internal controls and documentation.

- Data Analysis: Leverage advanced tools and techniques to derive insights from financial data. Support forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning initiatives.

- System Utilization: Collaborate with IT and system teams to maximize the use and efficiency of ERP and CRM tools like NetSuite and Salesforce. Assist in troubleshooting and process optimization.

Qualification Criteria:

Qualifications:

Education: Candidates should be CA

Experience: Minimum of 8 years in financial analysis with a strong focus on O2C processes.

Skills:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.

- Proficient in financial modeling and tools such as Excel, SQL, and ERP/CRM systems (e.g., NetSuite, Salesforce).

- Excellent communication skills to clearly present financial insights to stakeholders.

- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
