Finance Manager - FMCG - Manufacturing Unit

Education: Graduate/Post Graduate in Finance (CA/ICWA/MBA Finance preferred)

Location(s): Chittoor (Andhra Pradesh), Rudrapur (Uttarakhand), Roopangarh (Rajasthan), Rangpoon (Sikkim), Purnea, (Bihar), Chhaygaon and Silchar (Assam)

Work Mode: Onsite

Working Days: 6

Industry: FMCG / Manufacturing (Plant/Factory Unit experience is mandatory)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead factory accounting and financial controls

2. Manage costing, budgeting, and financial forecasting

3. Drive Capex & Opex planning and monitoring

4. Conduct internal audits and ensure compliance with standards

5. Supervise & mentor a team of finance professionals

Candidate Must-Haves

1. 8+ years of experience in Finance & Accounts (Plant/Manufacturing exposure mandatory)

2. Proven expertise in Finance Control, Cost Management, Budgeting & Forecasting

3. Strong analytical skills with working knowledge of SAP HANA

4. Candidates with 15-30 days notice period will be preferred
