Finance Manager - FMCG/FMCD/Pharma/Automobile/Manufacturing

- Candidate should have Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in Finance and Accounts

- Need candidates from FMCG,FMCD, Pharma and Automobile Industry only.

- Need candidates who must have worked in Plant/manufacturing/factory unit.

- Candidate should have expertise in Accounting and Finance control, cost management, budget preparation, and financial forecasting.

- Strong analytical skills and working knowledge of SAP Hana

- 15- 30 days notice period candidates will be preferred for this role

- Candidate should have good Communication Skills for this role

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee factory accounting and financial controls.

- Drive cost management, budget preparation, and financial forecasting.

- Manage capex and opex planning and monitoring.

- Lead internal audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards.

- Supervise and mentor a team of finance professionals.

Requirements:

- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience.

- Proven track record in manufacturing finance and cost control.

- Strong analytical skills and working knowledge of SAP Hana

- Graduate or post graduate in finance
