Key Responsibilities:

- Accounts & Financial Management: Oversee end-to-end accounting, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with accounting standards.

- Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to support strategic decision-making.

- Compliance & Taxation: Ensure statutory compliances, including GST, TDS, Income Tax, and ROC filings. Stay updated with regulatory changes.

- Financial Controls & Audits: Implement strong internal financial controls, lead audits, and liaise with external auditors.

- Cash Flow & Treasury Management: Optimize cash flow, manage vendor payments, and oversee receivables/payables.

- Investor & Stakeholder Reporting: Prepare MIS reports, financial statements, and investor decks as required.

- Process Automation & Optimization: Work towards automating and streamlining finance processes for efficiency.

What We're Looking For:

- Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) with 3+ years of post-qualification experience.

- Experience: Preferably from a startup, high-growth company, or a dynamic work environment.

- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or SAP) and Excel.

- Startup Mindset: Ability to work in a fast-moving, evolving ecosystem with a hands-on approach.

- Strong Analytical & Communication Skills: Ability to interpret financial data and present insights effectively.

- Self-Starter: Someone who takes ownership, solves problems proactively, and can work with minimal supervision.
