Role: Finance Manager - Accounting, Taxation , & Compliance

Job Description & Requirements:

- Agile & Bright CA with 5 years of experience in Auditing & Assurance field

- Managing closer of books of accounts on monthly basis

- Driving Procure to pay process with rigor

- Design, review and monitor the effectiveness of Internal Controls

- CAPEX Management

- Ability to manage team

- Managing Statutory Audits and all compliance around it

- Managing Direct Taxation incl. Transfer Pricing

- Supervise GST compliance and proactively responding to notice/required information

- Able to deal with Big 4 on Audits and other Complaince matters

- Driving ERP system improvement and design necessary reports

- Stakeholders management

- Treasury Management

- Compliance on all fronts

- Team player

- Self motivated

- Confident and Excellent at Communication
