Finance Lead - Startup - CA

- Work closely with the CEO to analyse financials, prepare strategies and ensure financial health of the company.

- Evaluate commercial terms with vendors, partners, and marketplaces.

- Ensure timely and accurate MIS reports for leadership and investors.

- Prepare ROI analysis, monitor KPIs on promotional strategies and new launch initiatives.

- Drive financial modelling to support strategic decisions and identify new investment and expansion avenues.

- Participate and assist in fundraising.

- Manage working capital, inventory financing, and payment cycles.

- Negotiate credit terms with suppliers and logistics partners.

- Monitor landed costs, procurement efficiency, and cost-saving opportunities.

- Oversee taxation, compliance and audit.

Candidate Profile:

- CA qualification is mandatory.

- 3+ years of post qualification experience across Business Finance & strategy preferably across E-Commerce/D2C/Retail/ConsumerTech space.

- Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and tax regulations.

- Experience in managing audits and working with external auditors.

- Proficiency in financial analysis and budgeting tools.

- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Effective communicator with experience in stakeholder management, investor communication and cross-functional collaboration.
