Job Title: Finance Lead

Location: Near Sanand, Ahmedabad

Company: 100% Export-Oriented Manufacturing Unit (Turnover: 35 Cr)

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Finance Lead to manage and oversee the financial operations of our manufacturing unit. The role requires strong expertise in accounting, taxation, and compliance, along with the ability to lead a small team and coordinate with auditors.

Key Responsibilities:

- Finalization of accounts and preparation of financial statements.

- GST, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.

- Coordination with statutory, tax, and internal auditors.

- Supervision of day-to-day accounting operations.

- Leading and mentoring a team of 34 members.

- Managing MIS, cash flow, and other financial reports for management.

Requirements:

- Chartered Accountant / Cost Accountant / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.

- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in finance and accounts, preferably in a manufacturing setup.

- Strong knowledge of GST, IT, and compliance requirements.

- Ability to manage a team and work independently.

- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
