Finance Head - Manufacturing - CA

A fast-growing manufacturing company (backed by ~$3M in funding) is searching for a Finance Manager to manage and oversee everything finance-related. This company specializes in contract manufacturing and is ramping up for mass production this year.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare monthly/weekly balance sheet, P&L statement, and bank account reconciliations.

- Manage Banking relations, ensure credit limits, ensuring disbursement of funds, debt servicing, cash budgeting, commercial papers, compliances.

- Assist in the timely and accurate month-end accounting close process.

- Provide financial reports and interpret financial information to managerial staff while recommending further courses of action.

- Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results, and the company's actual performance compared to the business plans.

- Oversee accounting procedures to ensure compliance with regulations.

- Liaise with auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances is maintained.

- Correspond with various other departments, discussing company plans and agreeing on future paths to be taken.

- Filing of Various monthly, quarterly, and annual Direct and indirect tax returns and ensure compliance with all the applicable laws.

Qualifications:

- CA degree with 6+ years of experience

- Experience working in a Manufacturing or FMCG domain.

- Comfortable with 6 days working from office in Greater Noida.

- Experience with ERP Implementation.

- Proven experience as a Finance Manager with a solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles.

- Working knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulations including Customs and Foreign exchange transactions.

- Good experience working with Excel and Tally ERP
