Finance Functional Consultant

About the Role:

We are seeking experienced Infor XA Finance Functional Consultants with strong Netlink expertise to join our implementation team. This role is focused on end-to-end ERP implementation projects across financial modules in Infor XA. You will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project managers to design, configure, and deploy solutions that align with organizational objectives. This role is purely implementation-focused no end-user support responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the finance workstream during Infor XA ERP implementation projects.

- Conduct workshops to gather finance and accounting requirements from stakeholders.

- Configure and deploy Infor XA finance modules (GL, AP, AR, Asset Management, Costing, etc.).

- Design and implement Netlink-based workflows, forms, and finance integrations.

- Collaborate with technical consultants to define functional specifications for custom developments and reporting needs.

- Drive fit-gap analysis, solution design, and functional documentation for finance processes.

- Conduct system testing (unit, integration, UAT) for finance modules.

- Provide guidance during data migration, cutover, and go-live phases.

- Train super users and contribute to project knowledge transfer.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 710 years of functional experience with Infor XA Finance modules.

- Strong hands-on experience with Infor XA Netlink (finance-related forms, approvals, and workflows).

- Proven expertise in GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Costing, and Financial Reporting.

- Experience in at least 2 full-cycle Infor XA ERP implementations in finance domain.

- Ability to gather business requirements, conduct fit-gap analysis, and configure XA finance solutions.

- Strong documentation, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

- Comfortable working in remote/global implementation environments.

Good to Have:

- Exposure to Infor XA Powerlink and reporting tools.

- Experience in multi-site/global rollout implementations.

- Knowledge of integration between Finance and manufacturing/supply chain modules.
