Finance Controller - SaaS/Internet - CA/CPA

We're hiring a Finance Controller to lead our global finance operations across India, the US, and emerging markets. This role is pivotal in building scalable finance systems, ensuring statutory compliance, and supporting international expansion. The ideal candidate has deep experience in operations-heavy industries involving hardware, supply chain, and SaaS.

Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Leadership & Compliance

- Lead end-to-end finance across geographies; ensure compliance with India GAAP, US GAAP, and local laws.

- Oversee audits, reporting, and statutory filings.

- Implement strong internal controls, policies, and SOPs.

2. Strategic & Operational Finance

- Provide detailed financial insights across product lines, geographies, and channels.

- Manage commercial models for a hardware + SaaS business.

- Drive profitability and operational efficiency.

3. International Expansion & Cross-Border Finance

- Manage multi-entity, multi-currency accounting and treasury.

- Set up finance operations in Africa, the Middle East, and other new markets.

- Handle intercompany transactions, transfer pricing, FX, and cross-border tax.

4. Supply Chain, Manufacturing & Vendor Finance

- Oversee procurement-to-pay and inventory finance.

- Partner with operations on manufacturing and capex tracking.

- Lead vendor negotiations and financial due diligence.

5. Systems & Team Building

- Drive ERP implementation and finance automation.

- Build and mentor a high-performing, global finance team.

Requirements:

- CA / CPA with 5 to 10 years in senior controllership roles.

- Experience in India + US finance; exposure to Africa/Middle East is a plus.

- Background in healthcare, medtech, or industrial SaaS.

- Strong understanding of hardware + SaaS models.

- Hands-on with supply chain, manufacturing, and ERP rollouts.

- Expertise in multi-currency, multi-entity finance.
