What We're Looking For: - Experience: 5+ years in financial controlling, accounting, or financial management. - Qualifications: Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory. - Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of financial reporting, IFRS/GAAP, taxation, and ERP systems (SAP, Tally, or similar). - Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to interpret complex financial data and provide strategic insights. - Leadership & Team Management: Proven ability to manage finance teams and collaborate cross-functionally. - Detail-Oriented: Strong focus on accuracy, compliance, and financial discipline.
