Finance Controller - CA

Position: Finance Controller.

Location: Mumbai (Goregaon Nesco).

Work Mode: 5 Days Work from Office.

Shift Timing: 12:30 PM 9:30 PM.

Experience: 58 years (Post CA qualification).

About the Role

We are hiring a Finance Controller for our client EisnerAmper India, a top-tier global advisory firm.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to work in a high-growth, dynamic finance function with full ownership of Indian accounting and compliance operations.

Responsibilities

- Full ownership of Indian books of accounts and monthly financial closures.

- Preparation of financial statements as per Indian GAAP.

- Ensure compliance with Income Tax, GST, PF, PT, ESIC, and other statutory requirements.

- Handle internal, statutory, tax, and transfer pricing audits.

- Treasury operations including vendor payments, payroll, utilities, bank reconciliations.

- Ensure compliance with FEMA and filing of FLA returns.

- Assist in ROC compliance and coordination with company secretaries.

- Maintain Fixed Assets Register and handle depreciation accounting.

- Prepare MIS reports, ICFR documentation, and SOPs for audit purposes.

Must-Haves

- Chartered Accountant (CA) with 5+ years of post-qualification experience.

- Strong experience in Indian Accounts, Taxation, and Compliance.

- Proficient in SAP (S/4HANA preferred) and Excel.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Residing within 1-hour commute to Goregaon, Mumbai.

- Must be available for in-person interviews.

- Candidates with global finance/accounting experience.

- Auditors or tax professionals from Big4 or CA/CPA firms.
