Finance Controller - Must have Listed Company Exp

The Finance Controller will oversee financial reporting, Finance and accounting, compliance, risk management, and strategic planning for the company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee financial reporting, audits, and regulatory filings (SEBI, stock exchanges, tax authorities).

- Lead budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and risk management.

- Manage investor relations, financial strategy, and corporate governance.

- Optimize fund management, working capital, and internal controls.

- Lead and mentor the finance team, ensuring operational efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills:

- CA/MBA (Finance) with 15+ years in controllership preferably in a listed company.

- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, compliance, taxation, and risk management.

- Experience in investor relations, treasury, and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle).

- Excellent leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
