Qualification: MBA in Finance or Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent.

About the Role:

We're looking for a sharp and driven Business Finance Associate to join our Brand Finance team! If you love diving into numbers, spotting trends, and working closely with business stakeholders to drive performance-especially in the dynamic world of e-commerce-this role is for you.

You'll work hand-in-hand with E-commerce teams to drive profitability, optimize costs, and generate insights that shape strategic decisions.

What You'll Do:

- Partner with business teams to manage the P&L for each e-commerce channel of a brand in categories like home & decor, jewellery, innerwear, etc.

- Track and analyze key metrics: margins, logistics costs, returns, ads & promotions, and channel-specific commissions.

- Drive forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning for online sales.

- Develop dashboards and performance trackers to deliver real-time business insights.

- Conduct ROI analysis for performance marketing spends.

- Identify and implement cost optimization opportunities across fulfillment, operations, and marketing.

- Assist in contractual and commercial analysis for marketplaces.

What We're Looking For:

- MBA (Finance) or CA or equivalent with 2-3 years of post-qualification experience.

- Prior experience in e-commerce finance, FP&A, or D2C brand support.

- Strong business acumen and understanding of marketplace dynamics (Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, etc.

- Advanced Excel skills.

- Strong analytical mindset and comfort working cross-functionally.
