Job Role : Finance & Accounts Role- CA

Location : Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

- Independently manage monthly closing activities and ensure accuracy of financial reporting.

- Prepare and finalize standalone and consolidated financial statements in compliance with I-GAAP, RBI regulations, and IFC requirements.

- Conduct and support internal audits, tax audits, and statutory audits; liaise with auditors and regulatory bodies.

- Drive and support financial system implementation and process automation initiatives.

- Ensure adherence to accounting principles, internal financial controls, and regulatory frameworks.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders effectively.

- Provide timely financial analysis and assist management in decision-making.

- Adopt a proactive, solution-oriented approach to address financial and compliance issues.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
