Job description.
Roles and Responsibilities.
- Manage employee grievances and engagement through regular meetings, surveys, and feedback sessions.
- Develop HR policies, strategies, and initiatives to improve employee retention and welfare.
- Implement performance management systems to track employee progress and provide constructive feedback.
-Coordinate onboarding processes for new employees to ensure a smooth transition into the organization.
- Handle exit processes by conducting exit interviews and providing support during transitions.
Desired Candidate Profile.
- 1-6 years of experience in an HR generalist role with expertise in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, employee relations, HR policies, employee grievances, employee welfare.
- MBA/PGDM degree from a reputed institution (Any specialization).
- Proven skills in handling multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
