Designation: Manager Programs

Relevant Experience: 4-6 years in any of the four thematic areas: Health, Education, Environment, or Livelihood.

Job Summary:

- The Manager Programs will be responsible for acquiring projects, leading program development, drafting technical proposals, and overseeing program implementation in one or more of Fiinovation's core thematic areas.

- This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, technical expertise in proposal writing and program management, and a passion for social impact.

Key Responsibilities:

Acquisition of Projects (Fundraising):

- Identify and engage with prospective clients (corporations, foundations, etc. ) through strategic meetings, networking, and outreach.

- Cultivate and manage relationships with potential partners to secure funding for social interventions.

- Develop and implement fundraising strategies to meet organizational goals.

- Program Development and Client Management: Lead program and project discussions with clients, understanding their needs and aligning them with Fiinovation's expertise and organizational objectives.

- Conduct needs assessments and feasibility studies to inform program design.

- Develop comprehensive program plans, including goals, objectives, activities, timelines, and budgets.

- Proposal Writing and Presentation: Draft high-quality technical proposals for donors and CSOs, showcasing Fiinovation's capabilities and the proposed program's impact.

- Ensure proposals are aligned with donor guidelines and evaluation criteria.

- Deliver compelling technical presentations to clients and stakeholders.

- Program Management and Coordination: Oversee the entire program lifecycle, from inception to completion, ensuring timely and effective implementation.

- Coordinate with donors, NGOs, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration.

- Monitor program progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and prepare progress reports.

- Manage program budgets and ensure financial compliance.

- Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality of all proposals, program deliverables, and financial documentation.

- Implement quality control measures and best practices in program management.

- Stakeholder Collaboration: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, donors, NGOs, and community members.
