Job Responsibilities:
- Conducting sessions, events, and webinars for students in these colleges to introduce them to new-age career programs, helping them kickstart their careers.
- Counseling potential learners (final-year college students, unemployed graduates) on career planning and showing how can be a catalyst for their career development.
- Highlighting the uniqueness and effectiveness of organisations model of learning and career preparation.
- Managing the entire sales closing life cycle for leads assigned to you, including phone/video calls, product demonstrations, sales closing, and post-sales relationship management.
- Maintaining a detailed database of all interactions with leads on the CRM.
What are we looking for?
- Highly dedicated and determined individuals who are hardworking and committed to their roles.
- Experience in Education Sales (field sales) is a must requirement.
- Sales performers with proven track records.
