Strategic Leadership & Business Growth

- Develop and execute the SBU's strategic vision, goals, and business plans in alignment with the company's objectives.

Support FI' Corporate BDT to

- Identify new markets, services, and business opportunities to drive growth.

- Monitor market trends, competition, and client needs to ensure a competitive edge.

- Define and implement pricing strategies, revenue targets, and profitability goals.

Business Development & Client Relations

Build and maintain relationships with clients.

Support BDT

- in the preparation of bids, proposals, and tenders for large-scale projects.

- negotiate contracts, partnerships, and alliances for sustainable business expansion.

- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and address client concerns proactively.

Operational & Project Management

- Oversee the execution of projects to ensure timely delivery, quality, and cost efficiency.

- Ensure compliance with contractual, regulatory, and safety requirements.

- Optimize project management methodologies to improve efficiency and profitability.

- Manage risks, resolve conflicts, and handle escalations effectively

Financial & Performance Management

- Prepare and manage the SBU's budget, forecasts, and financial performance.

- Ensure profitability, cost control, and resource optimization.

- Drive key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and enhance operational efficiency.

- Team Leadership & Talent Development

- Build and lead a high-performing team of engineers, project managers, and freelance consultants.

- Mentor, train, and develop staff to ensure continuous growth and succession planning.

- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.

Stakeholder & Corporate Governance

- Represent the SBU in corporate meetings, board discussions, and industry forums.

- Ensure adherence to the company's policies, values, and ethical standards.

Desired Profile:

- B.E (Chemical) with 25 + Years of experience in detail & review engineering, procurement, construction and commercial activities.

- Should have experience in Front end Engineering and Review Engineering of Desalination project & water Treatment plants
