What You'll Drive:

- Define account vision, success metrics, and transformation roadmaps.
- Grow business organically and identify new opportunities for revenue and innovation.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to senior clients and internal leadership.
- Oversee team resourcing, wellbeing, and performance with care and precision.
- Build the agency's reputation through thought leadership, work quality, and vision.
What You Bring:
- 9-11 years of experience in Account Management (preferably within digital/creative/ integrated agencies).
- Proven success leading large, integrated teams and managing complex accounts.
- Strategic thinking backed by business acumen, financial ownership, and client growth experience.
- Confidence in working with C-level stakeholders, internal and external.
- Advanced use of tools like GenAI, Meta Business Suite, and project management platforms to scale strategy and drive smarter delivery.
- A strong POV on what's next-across culture, tech, media, and the evolving brand-consumer relationship.
- A purpose-led, people-first mindset-someone who inspires belief, clarity, and forward momentum.
