- Responsible for executing retention marketing strategies by leveraging marketing automation platforms like WebEngage, Netcore, and MoEngage.
- This individual will track user engagement, optimize marketing funnels, and improve first-party data collection for personalized outreach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize omnichannel retention campaigns (push, email, WhatsApp, SMS, web notifications).
- Track and analyze conversion rates, open rates, CTRs, CR%, and reachability across channels.
- Work on user segmentation and behavioral targeting to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Enhance first-party data by implementing user attribute grooming strategies and website on-site surveys.
- Identify and track active vs. inactive users and implement reactivation strategies.
- Collaborate with product and tech teams to design automated marketing journeys.
- Manage marketing automation tools like WebEngage, MoEngage, and Netcore.
- Optimize campaigns through A/B testing and performance analysis.
