Job Description:
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, ensuring they meet sales targets and grow professionally.
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies, targeting new business opportunities and markets to increase revenue.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with key clients and customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
- Sales Forecasting & Reporting: Track sales performance, provide accurate forecasts, and report on team performance to senior management.
- Training & Development: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for the sales team to improve skills and performance.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with product offerings and promotional campaigns.
- Sales Target Achievement: Set clear sales targets for the team and ensure these targets are consistently met or exceeded.
- Market Research: Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to ensure competitive advantage.
- Negotiation & Deal Closing: Lead negotiations and help close significant deals, ensuring favorable terms for the company.
