About the Role: We are looking for a passionate and proactive Community Manager to drive meaningful interactions and build strong relationships across our growing user base. Key Responsibilities (KRAs): - Develop and execute community engagement strategies across various platforms - Manage and grow our presence on Telegram, Discord, Reddit, and other social channels - Host, moderate, and manage online events, AMAs, and community calls - Serve as the first point of contact for the community and provide timely, human-centric responses - Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align community messaging with campaigns - Track and analyze community health using key engagement metrics and feedback loops - Cultivate an inclusive, positive, and value-driven environment within the community - Actively identify and onboard community champions and advocates - Stay updated with trends in community management, Web3, tech, or gaming to bring new ideas Required Skills & Qualifications: - 1-3 years of proven experience in a community management role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Hands-on experience with community platforms: Discord, Telegram, Slack, Reddit, Hootsuite - Ability to create engaging content and conversations tailored to different audiences - Empathy-driven with strong problem-solving capabilities - Organized, self-motivated, and responsive under pressure - Bonus: Experience with Web3, gaming, or tech communities is a big plus
