Associate Product Manager

Responsibilities:

- Community-first Approach: Prioritize the needs of both users and artists, ensuring their perspectives are central to the product's development.

- Structured Problem Solving: Take a methodical approach to ambiguous problems, bringing structure and clarity, while effectively prioritizing key aspects for resolution.

- Understanding of UX/UI: Have a solid understanding of user journeys and various UX/UI approaches, assessing their pros and cons to iteratively improve the user experience.

- Communication Skills: Articulate product priorities clearly and ensure alignment across all teams towards overarching goals.

- Analytical Skills: Utilize data-driven decision-making to solve problems, while also being capable of progressing with limited or imperfect data when necessary.

- Thinking Big and Small: Maintain the ability to step back and understand the broader vision, while also paying attention to the finer details of execution.

- Passion for Technology: Recognize the transformative power of technology in business, and make informed, quick decisions to balance trade-offs in resource-constrained environments.

- Growth Mindset: Actively seek opportunities for improvement and view failures as learning experiences to drive continuous growth.

Technical Skills:

- Knowledge of AI is preferred.

- Experience with analytical tools such as Google Analytics or MoEngage is preferred.

- Previous experience as an entrepreneur or at a startup is a plus.
