About the Role:

- We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Depot Manager / Factory Head to oversee end-to-end operations at our meat processing facility in Bangalore.

- This role requires strong leadership, operational expertise, and a deep understanding of the meat industry to ensure smooth factory operations, quality control, and supply chain management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee complete factory operations, including production, processing, packaging, and logistics.

- Ensure smooth end-to-end supply chain management, from raw material procurement to final product dispatch.

- Implement and maintain high-quality standards, hygiene, and regulatory compliance in meat processing.

- Manage workforce planning, shift scheduling, and overall staff supervision.

- Optimize production efficiency and ensure minimal wastage.

- Monitor inventory levels, and stock management, and coordinate with suppliers.

- Implement safety measures and ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.

- Drive cost optimization initiatives and ensure profitability.

- Collaborate with senior management to strategize business growth and operational improvements.

- Handle audits, inspections, and ensure adherence to FSSAI and other regulatory standards.

- Leverage technology and automation to enhance production efficiency.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Food Technology, or a related field.

- 8+ years of experience in meat processing, FMCG, or food industry operations.

- Proven track record of managing large-scale factory operations.

- Strong understanding of meat industry regulations and compliance.

- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and ensure business continuity.

- Proficiency in inventory management, logistics, and production planning tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in cold storage management.

- Knowledge of automation in meat processing.

- Strong vendor and stakeholder management skills.
