- We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Quality Manager to oversee and enhance our organization's quality assurance processes.

- The ideal candidate will be a Lean Six Sigma professional with extensive experience in managing quality operations and driving process improvements, specifically within the Fixed Income sector.

- This role requires expertise in client relationship management, optimizing business processes, and improving operational efficiency using Lean Six Sigma methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

Quality Assurance Strategy:

- Develop, implement, and manage quality control systems and policies.

- Analyze business processes, identify gaps, and propose solutions based on Six Sigma (Lean) methodologies to enhance process efficiency.

Quality Framework Development:

- Design, implement, and maintain a comprehensive Quality Management Framework that aligns with the organization's goals and objectives.

- Establish and standardize quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure consistent output across all business areas.

- Continuously assess and refine the quality framework to ensure it adapts to evolving business needs and industry standards.

- Product Development and Stakeholder Engagement.

- Ensure timely delivery of products that meet performance and quality standards.

- Oversee the quality and accuracy of fixed income reference data, ensuring it complies with industry and regulatory standards.

- Collaborate with data providers and internal teams to enhance data integrity and coverage.

Team Leadership:

- Lead and manage the quality assurance team, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.

- Foster a culture of quality awareness across all departments.

Process Improvement:

- Identify areas for improvement in processes, workflows, and product standards.

- Implement corrective actions and preventative measures to address quality concerns.

- Plan and conduct internal audits to evaluate quality standards.

Documentation and Reporting:

- Maintain accurate documentation of quality standards, processes, and procedures.

- Provide regular reports and updates on quality metrics to senior management.

Customer Satisfaction:

- Address customer complaints and feedback, ensuring swift resolution and continuous improvement.

- Monitor and improve customer satisfaction through quality initiatives.

Risk Management:

- Identify and assess quality risks, ensuring appropriate mitigation plans are in place.

Key Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Financial Management, Engineering, or a related field.

- Experience: Proven experience as a Quality Manager or in a similar role, with a strong track record of implementing quality improvement initiatives.

- Certifications: Six Sigma certifications (LSSGB / LSSBB) or other related quality management qualifications are preferred.

- Strong leadership and team management abilities.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- In-depth understanding of quality assurance methodologies and tools.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficient in using quality management software and tools.
