FABS - Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage High rise building and residential projects, including Project Management Consultancy (PMC) assignments, across South India. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in project execution, planning, budgeting, vendor coordination, and client handling, especially within the industrial infrastructure domain.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end project lifecycle for High rise building and residential Projects

- Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and contractors for project execution.

- Oversee site execution as per drawings, specifications, and timelines.

- Monitor project schedules, budgets, and ensure timely delivery.

- Handle documentation, reporting, and statutory compliance.

- Lead cross-functional teams including engineers, architects, and subcontractors.

- Ensure adherence to quality, health, safety, and environment (QHSE) standards.

- Support tendering and proposal processes for new industrial projects.

Required Skills and Experience:

- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (preferred).

- 15-20 years of experience, with minimum 10 years in High rise building and residential Project.

- Experience in PMC (Project Management Consultancy) roles is essential.

- Proficiency in MS Project / Primavera / AutoCAD and project tracking tools.

- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to handle multiple projects across regions in South India.
