Position Overview.
Are you a performance marketing leader with a proven track record of growing D2C brands and managing high-performing teams? Do you excel at fostering client relationships and ensuring smooth communication between teams? As a Sr. Performance Marketer and Team Lead at F22 Labs, youll drive campaign success, mentor a team of marketers, and ensure seamless coordination with clients to deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities.
Campaign Management & Strategy:
- Leverage data and analytics to identify growth opportunities, scale winning campaigns, and maintain efficient ROI.
- Develop and optimize full-funnel strategies to maximize customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value (LTV).
- Continuously test and refine creatives, ad formats, and landing pages for improved performance and conversions.
Team Leadership.
- Set clear KPIs for the team, monitor progress, and provide constructive feedback.
- Organize training sessions and ensure the team stays updated on the latest marketing trends and techniques.
Client Communication & Coordination.
- Facilitate clear and consistent communication between clients and the marketing team.
- Present campaign performance, insights, and next steps to clients in a way that demonstrates value and builds trust.
- Proactively identify and resolve any client concerns or bottlenecks in collaboration with the team.
Qualifications And Requirements.
- Leadership Skills: Strong ability to mentor and manage a team of marketers, ensuring accountability and growth.
- Client Management: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Performance Marketing Mastery: Deep understanding of Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and other paid platforms.
- Analytical Mindset: Data-driven decision-making with a strong grasp of metrics like ROAS, CPA, CPL, and LTV.
- Strategic Vision: Expertise in scaling campaigns and optimizing the entire marketing funnel.
- Marketing Tools Proficiency: Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics) and platforms (Klaviyo, HubSpot, etc.

- Knowledge of SEO and organic growth strategies.
- Familiarity with CRM tools like Klaviyo, Zoho, or Salesforce.
- Exposure to loyalty and subscription program strategies for customer retention.
