Job Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and self-driven Manager to join our Export Commercial team. This individual contributor role is integral to ensuring seamless financial operations across departments, maintaining statutory compliance, and supporting strategic export initiatives. The ideal candidate is a Chartered Accountant with strong experience in manufacturing and export environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Corporate Support:

- Drive achievement of corporate targets for export sales, profitability, cash flow, working capital, and compliance.

- Contribute to export strategies, pricing frameworks, and international market expansion efforts.

- Partner with finance, operations, logistics, and plant teams to streamline financial operations and resolve cross-functional issues.

Audit Coordination:

- Support internal and external audits by preparing detailed documentation and ensuring adherence to SOPs and audit protocols.

Monthly MIS & Reporting:

- Analyze and report on revenue, expenses, and profitability with actionable insights.

- Perform variance analysis and support budgeting activities.

- Group Financials & Ledger Management:

- Consolidate financial statements for overseas subsidiaries/branches.

- Support statutory audits and ensure accurate ledger reconciliations.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) with 4-8 years of post-qualification experience, preferably in manufacturing and export sectors.

- Hands-on experience with SAP and financial consolidation.

- In-depth knowledge of export documentation, including duty drawback, license/LC negotiation, Ind AS, IFC, etc.

- Strong analytical mindset with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
