Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership
- Own end-to-end onboarding of 8+ projects/month (scaling to 20 high-performing projects) with 40% margins.
- Develop and execute franchise expansion strategies, targeting corporates, institutions, and entrepreneurs.
Partnership Development
- Identify, pitch, and onboard franchise partners/B2B clients through tailored proposals and negotiations.
- Build long-term relationships with CXOs, investors, and industry leaders.
Revenue Growth
- Achieve sales targets with a CAC of 25% and ensure profitability of the vertical.
- Structure deals, finalize contracts, and collaborate with legal/finance teams.
Market Expansion
- Conduct market research to identify high-potential sectors/regions and optimize franchise ROI.
- Represent 100X at industry events, investor meetings, and franchise expos.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work with marketing, operations, and training teams to ensure seamless partner activation.
- Track KPIs, analyze performance data, and iterate strategies.
Qualifications
Education: MBA from Ivy League/Tier I (IIT/IIM) or equivalent; Bachelors in Business/Marketing.
Experience: Experience in franchise operations, channel sales, or corporate partnerships with P&L ownership.
