Eximietas Design - Project Manager

About the Role:

- We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Project Manager to lead and deliver complex projects across cross-functional teams.

- In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and budgets.

- The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with excellent communication and leadership skills, capable of driving project success in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, coordinate, and manage projects from initiation to completion

- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements

- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets

- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects

- Ensure resource availability and allocation; monitor progress and adjust as needed

- Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies; implement mitigation strategies

- Maintain project documentation including charters, status reports, risk logs, and meeting notes

- Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders, team members, and leadership

- Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget

- Conduct project retrospectives and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering, Business, Computer Science, or related field

- 5-7 years of proven experience in project management, preferably in IT, software, or consulting environments

- Solid understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid)

- Proficiency with tools such as MS Project, JIRA, Asana, Trello, or Smartsheet

- Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting

- Excellent organizational, leadership, and time-management skills

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

- Ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams

- Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making ability under pressure
