About the Role:
- We are looking for a dynamic and business-savvy Product Manager (Non-Tech) to drive strategic initiatives and optimize product performance from a market, customer, and process perspective.
- In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end product lifecycle, improving customer experience, aligning cross-functional teams, and contributing to business growth-without direct ownership of technical development.
- This role is ideal for professionals with a background in business operations, strategy, sales enablement, customer success, marketing, or process improvement who are looking to move into or expand their impact in product management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and maintain product vision and roadmap in alignment with business goals
- Conduct market research, customer interviews, and competitor analysis to inform strategy
- Gather and prioritize business and user requirements from internal stakeholders and end users
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, operations, sales, and customer success to execute product initiatives
- Drive go-to-market strategy and product launch plans in coordination with marketing and sales
- Analyze product performance using KPIs and customer feedback to inform enhancements and optimizations
- Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction, retention, and operational efficiency
- Own documentation such as user stories, requirement briefs, product decks, and customer journeys
- Act as the voice of the customer and ensure alignment across departments on product goals
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, legal, and internal policy requirements for product offerings
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in product management or related roles (e.g., operations, customer success, strategy)
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle, go-to-market strategies, and customer experience principles
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Highly organized with strong project management skills
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret business metrics and customer insights
- Comfortable working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with tools like Excel, PowerPoint, Notion, Trello, Airtable, or Asana
