About the Role:

- We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team.

- The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and helping stakeholders make data-driven decisions.

- You will act as a bridge between business users and technical teams, ensuring business requirements are clearly translated into functional specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

- Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications

- Work closely with product, development, and QA teams to ensure solutions meet business objectives

- Conduct process mapping, gap analysis, and impact assessments for new initiatives or enhancements

- Support data-driven decision-making by generating business reports and dashboards

- Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate that solutions meet requirements

- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and ensure timely communication between stakeholders

- Continuously evaluate business processes and recommend improvements to drive efficiency and scalability

Required Qualifications & Skills:

- 4-6 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or in a similar role

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills

- Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and reporting/visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker

- Experience working with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Trello)

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
