
Position Summary:
We are looking for a highly organized and results-driven Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of key projects across our organization.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
You will work closely with cross-functional teamsincluding engineering, business, QA, operations, and external stakeholdersto ensure successful delivery of complex, multi-disciplinary projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Execution:
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Allocate resources and manage cross-functional team coordination.
Stakeholder Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact between internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with all stakeholders regarding project status, risks, and changes.
- Manage client expectations and ensure alignment with business goals.
Risk & Issue Management:
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans.
- Proactively monitor and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Maintain project documentation, change logs, and action items.
Quality & Performance Monitoring:
- Ensure deliverables meet the required quality standards and business objectives.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and project milestones.
- Conduct post-project reviews and implement lessons learned.
Team Leadership:
- Lead, motivate, and guide project team members to achieve high performance.
- Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies (if applicable), including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Promote a collaborative and transparent project environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5-6 years of experience managing projects, preferably in a technology-driven or service-oriented environment.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid).
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Microsoft Project, Asana).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, timelines, and cross-functional teams
