Executive - Supply Chain - Exports
Job Summary :
The Executive Exports Supply Chain will be responsible for managing end-to-end export and domestic operations, ensuring compliance with international and Indian regulatory standards. This role involves handling documentation, liaising with CHAs and regulatory authorities, and overseeing smooth movement of botanical extracts, oleoresins, raw herbs, and other value-added ingredients across domestic and international markets.
Key Responsibilities :
Export & Domestic Operations:
- Manage end-to-end export operations for botanicals, extracts, oleoresins, and value-added ingredients.
- Ensure regulatory compliance for domestic as well as export shipments.
Documentation & Compliance:
- Prepare, review, and maintain documentation for exports, certifications, registrations, and audits.
- Ensure all paperwork complies with FSSAI, US-FDA, SHEFEXIL, EU, SEA, and other regulatory standards.
- Maintain accurate labelling, product approvals, and compliance certifications.
Customs & CHA Management:
- Onboard and manage competent CHAs (Custom House Agents) based on business needs.
- Coordinate customs clearance, shipments, and country-wise documentation.
Regulatory Liaison:
- Liaise with authorities such as FSSAI, US-FDA, SHEFEXIL, and other export agencies.
- Support inspections, audits, and compliance verification with internal quality and production teams.
- Monitor and interpret regulatory changes and update internal teams accordingly.
Audit & Training Support:
- Maintain well-organized documentation systems for smooth internal and external audits.
- Provide training and knowledge sharing on export regulations, documentation, and compliance updates.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Export Supply Chain/Export Documentation (preferably in botanicals, extracts, food ingredients, or pharmaceuticals).
- Strong knowledge of customs clearance, CHA management, and international export regulations.
- Familiarity with country-specific export requirements (EU, US, SEA, and India).
- Excellent organizational, documentation, and compliance skills.
- Strong coordination abilities with regulatory bodies and internal teams.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
