We're hiring an experienced leadership recruiter to join our core team and help us build the next generation of CXOs for India's digital economy and reimagine what executive search can look like when powered by AI, data, and deep intelligence.

What makes this different?

- You'll own and deliver critical CXO and VP-level mandates end-to-end.

- You'll work across sectors, across functions, and across the table from investors and operators shaping India's tech story.

- You'll get the freedom (and expectation) to use AI and tech tools to build sharper, faster, more strategic search workflows - across sourcing, research, assessment, and insights.

- You'll help reinvent how search firms operate in the AI era - not just follow the playbook, but write a new one.

What we're looking for:

- 5-12 yrs of leadership hiring experience (at least 3 yrs in the startup/tech ecosystem)

- Is obsessed with startups, people, market intel, and tech

- Deep curiosity about business, teams, and org design

- Comfortable in a lean, high-trust, no-handholding environment (we're a 4-person team by design)

- Has a builder mindset and wants to disrupt the way search firms run the show

- Passion for startups, people, and pattern-matching talent

- Is Mumbai-based and open to a hybrid setup
