Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for senior leadership and niche roles.
- Partner with business leaders to define hiring needs & strategies.
- Build strong talent pipelines through headhunting, market mapping, and networks.

- Provide market insights and manage search firm partnerships when required.
Requirements:
- 8-12 years of recruitment experience with at least 5 years in executive/leadership hiring.
- Proven success hiring leaders in digital, technology, or consulting industries.
- Strong stakeholder management & headhunting expertise.
- Excellent communication and ability to engage senior talent with credibility.
