- Develop and execute a national mobilization and enablement strategy to achieve supplier/vendor onboarding target of 45,000 per year across categories.
- Lead a large team (head office & field teams) with structured operational processes and performance management.
- Drive stakeholder collaboration with the e-commerce platform, state governments, industry associations, and supplier networks.
- Ensure seamless integration of mobilization, enablement, communication, and participation efforts.
- Oversee large-scale vendor/supplier outreach campaigns in collaboration with the communications department to reach the desired target.
- Align field teams with digital marketing & call centre support to maximize vendor registrations.
- Build partnerships with trade bodies, chambers of commerce, and associations to enhance reach.
- Plan and oversee events, roadshows, and offline activations to boost engagement.
- Lead a field team of 60-70 employees for on-ground enablement.
- Set performance KPIs for the mobilization, enablement, and call centre teams.
- Ensure real-time tracking of vendor registration progress through data dashboards.
- Conduct regular team training, evaluations, and process improvements
