Executive Assistant To Managing Director - Management Trainee

Strategic Initiatives and Growth:

- Contribute to the development and implementation of the firm's growth strategies.

- Identify new business opportunities and potential areas for expansion.

- Assist in evaluating the feasibility of new projects and investments.

- Support the MD in negotiations, partnerships, and collaborations.

Decision-Making Support:

- Conduct research and gather data to support the MD's decision-making.

- Analyze information and prepare reports, summaries, and recommendations.

- Assist in the development of strategies, policies, and procedures.

- Evaluate potential risks and opportunities associated with business decisions.

- Provide insights and perspectives on market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities.

Technical Assistance (Civil Engineering Focus):

- Provide technical support on civil engineering aspects of projects.

- Review project plans, drawings, and specifications.

- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress.

- Assist in resolving technical issues and challenges on site.

- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.

- Evaluate the technical feasibility and viability of projects.
