Business Analysis & Strategy:
- Conduct data-driven business analysis to support strategic decisions.
- Identify trends, insights, and opportunities to enhance business performance.
- Assist in formulating and monitoring business and sales strategies.
Trend Analysis & Market Insights:
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Track industry trends and recommend strategies for business expansion.
- Provide insights into customer preferences, sales trends, and competitive positioning.
MIS Reporting & Data Management:
- Collaborate with various departments to analyse business operations and suggest improvements.
- Develop and maintain Management Information System (MIS) reports for senior management.
- Ensure accurate and timely data collection, analysis, and reporting.
- Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate insights for strategic planning.
Proposal & Report Preparation:
- Prepare business proposals, sales presentations, and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Compile data from different departments to generate insightful reports.
- Draft high-quality documents, reports, and executive summaries.
Strategic Support to MD:
- Provide analytical and operational support to the MD in business planning and decision-making.
- Coordinate with internal teams to streamline operations and project execution.
- Handle confidential and strategic matters with discretion.
Risk Management
- Identify function wise risks, discuss with HODs and finalise the risk Mitigation plan
- Keep deliberating on the various risks and prepare a risk management plan
Business review Meetings
- Liaise with different departments to align business strategies.
- Drive the weekly Business review meetings
- Prepare agendas, track action points, and follow up on deliverables.
Improvement Projects
- Drive Cross functional Improvement projects with CFTS
- Keep MD posted on such projects on a weekly basis .
Project Management & Follow-ups:
- Follow up with department heads for various reports, pending tasks, and key deliverables.
- Monitor project timelines and ensure completion of assignments as per deadlines.
- Address project management issues and support smooth workflow within the organization.
- Assist in tracking project progress and identifying potential roadblocks.
Cross-functional Coordination:
- Liaise with different departments to align business strategies.
- Support in coordinating key meetings, reviews, and strategic discussions.
- Prepare agendas, track action points, and follow up on deliverables
