Executive Assistant to Founder & Chairman - Mumbai
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Executive Assistant (EA) to the Founder & Chairman. The EA will play a critical role in managing the Chairman's schedule, coordinating key business activities, and acting as a bridge between internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with an ability to handle high-level business tasks with discretion and efficiency.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Graduate / Postgraduate / MBA in Finance, Business, or a related field.
- 5 - 10 years of experience as an EA, preferably in a financial services company, NBFC, or banking industry.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), G-Suite, and business analytics tools.
- Discretion, attention to detail, ability to multitask, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work beyond standard office hours as per business requirements.
