Job Position: Executive Assistant to the Founder
Location: Thane, Mumbai
Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic, highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the Founders Office. This role goes beyond traditional administrative tasks and requires strong strategic thinking and project management capabilities. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Founder, leadership team, and cross-functional stakeholders to drive business-critical initiatives, optimize workflows, and ensure effective decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development, execution, and monitoring of business strategies and organizational goals.
- Lead and coordinate high-impact projects, track progress, and ensure timely completion
- Liaise with internal teams and external partners to streamline communication and collaboration.
- Gather and analyse market trends, competitor insights, and internal reports to support strategic decisions.
- Identify process improvements and implement best practices for enhanced productivity.
- Handle sensitive information with utmost professionalism and integrity.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Masters degree in Business Administration
- Experience as an Executive Assistant, Chief of Staff, Strategy Associate, or similar role.
- Strong expertise in strategy formulation, business operations, and project management.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with agility and attention to detail.
